Job details

Applications are invited for SRF position for the project on “In Memory Computing for Next Generation Workloads Using Emerging Memory Technologies” funded by Science and Engineering Research Board, Government of India.

Name of posts:

• Senior Research Fellow (Electrical Engineering)

Remuneration: 35,000 + HRA (as per DST norms)

Educational Qualification

MTech/ME degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics Computer Science and Engineering or related areas. The candidate must be GATE qualified. OR Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics/Computer Science or related areas with at least 2 years of research experience. The candidate must be GATE qualified.

Candidates are expected to have sound knowledge in the domain of Digital and Analog circuits. Candidates who have done formal course/training on Machine learning and having excellent programming skills C/C++/Python, Verilog/System Verilog or equivalent, etc. will be given preference. Knowledge of VLSI Design tools will be an advantage.

Selection Process

Interview will be conducted online. In view of this, no TA/DA will be provided for interview.
